If you’ve ever wanted to express your creativity in glass, this Glass Flameworking Workshop is the class for you! Throughout this 8-hour program you'll learn how to: light the torch, adjust the flame, stretch, gather, as well as cut and fuse borosilicate (boro) glass rods to create your own glass masterpieces. A wide range of color options will be available for you to experiment with as you make at least five projects!
Please note: All supplies will be provided. Projects will be ready for pickup one week after class.

Meet the Teacher
Eunsuh Choi, a Korean-born glass artist with over 27 years of experience, is renowned for her flameworked pieces that reflect personal narratives and growth. Educated at Kookmin University in Korea and the Rochester Institute of Technology in the U.S., her work has been featured internationally and is part of collections in prestigious institutions like the Corning Museum of Glass.Choi has taught glass art for 23 years across various esteemed schools and institutions, including the Rochester Arc + Flame Center where she serves as the Glass Director. Her multifaceted expertise spans flameworking, kiln forming, metalworking, and fashion design, making her a versatile and respected figure in the glass art community.
