A delicious and versatile ingredient, corn is used in many Latin American foods. This class will focus on two very popular ways to use cornmeal and corn flour. Make your own tortillas and pupusas (a stuffed and fried tortilla) and then round up your favorite taco ingredients so you can put your tortillas to good use right after class!
